Feature Dogs for Adoption
We feature a select few of our dogs on this page that are in serious need of their homes. They may have been with us a while and are being seriously overlooked through no fault of their own or they may be older or have medical needs. It may be that they are none of the above, just that they are a fond favourite of our team and we want to feature them in the hope that you will fall in love with them as we have.
For more information on each of the dogs please CLICK on the image of the dog to open a larger version and more photos. You can also follow the link on their first photograph to email a homing enquiry direct to us or just contact our homing team via email to homing@aadogrescue.org.uk.

Meet Jaime: Ready for His Second Chance Jaime’s story began on December 13th, 2019, when he was born into the world with a heart full of love and a coat as warm and inviting as caramel. He was adopted into a home where he bonded beautifully with a 6-year-old autistic child, showing a patience and gentleness beyond his years. Jaime became a source of joy and companionship, proving his worth as a loyal and loving family member. But life took an unexpected turn. Despite Jaime's good nature, his strength became too much for his owner, whose health challenges made it difficult to keep up with him. With heavy hearts, they made the painful decision to return Jaime to the kennels, hoping he’d find a family who could give him the life he deserves. Now, Jaime waits—hopeful for his second chance. This stunning boy with his soulful brown eyes and playful spirit is a bundle of love and laughter. He’s incredibly social, friendly, and curious about the world around him. Whether it’s playing with his favorite rope and chew toys or making you laugh with his goofy antics on walks, Jaime knows how to brighten anyone’s day. Jaime is boisterous and full of energy, needing a strong leader who can guide him and help him thrive. He takes time to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he’s loyal and loving. He even sits on command for food, showing his potential to learn and grow with the right guidance. Could you be the one to give Jaime the happy ending he’s been waiting for? This caramel-coated bundle of happiness is ready to fill your days with love, laughter, and loyalty. All enquiries via email please to homing@aadogrescue.org.uk
Crinkle was found living in a cave with her brother & sister & ‘rescued’ by someone who has no way of rehoming and therefore just hoarded dogs! We have been asked to help them. They so deserve a lucky break! She is an 8 year old cross. She is nervous when she firsts meet you but friendly when she knows you. Crinkle is a confident dog and shares her run with other dogs happily. She has not lived in a house before so she will need a patient home that gives her time to settle into the house routine. She was cat tested and showed no interest at all. We believe that she could live with a cat with some training. She also travels well in the car and walks fairly well on a lead. She weighs 20-22 kgs. Crinkle is spayed. All enquiries via email please to homing@aadogrescue.org.uk

Her stunning facial markings, which resemble a perfectly painted mask, give her a unique and striking appearance.
